Standard aluminum benches provide a clean, corrosion-resistant finish suited for most outdoor athletic applications. Powder coated models apply a baked-on color finish over the aluminum frame, providing additional surface protection and a more finished appearance appropriate for higher-visibility sideline and facility installations. Powder coated benches are available in the same configurations as standard aluminum and carry a comparable installation footprint.
Benches with backs are the standard for player sideline use, providing support during extended periods of seated rest between plays and substitutions. Backless benches are appropriate for facilities where spectator use, locker room seating, or multi-purpose placement is the primary application, or where installation clearance behind the bench is limited.
All bench models are available in three installation configurations. Portable benches use a fold-flat leg design that allows repositioning and storage between uses — a practical option for multi-use fields, recreation centers, and facilities that need flexibility in bench placement by sport or season. In-ground benches are set in concrete footings for permanent installation and maximum stability on natural turf and outdoor surfaces. Surface mount benches anchor directly to concrete or asphalt using hardware fastened through the leg plates, providing a secure permanent installation without the excavation required for in-ground setups.
