4' x 6' Soccer Goals

The 4’x6′ soccer goal is the smallest full-frame goal in our inventory and serves a different purpose than the other sizes in this category. Rather than anchoring a specific age division in a structured league format, the 4’x6′ goal is most commonly used for skills training drills, small-sided finishing exercises, and recreational play on surfaces where even the 4.5’x9′ frame is too wide for the available space. Coaches running technical training sessions often position multiple pairs of 4’x6′ goals across a field to create finishing targets for individual and small-group skill work. Goals are available from Alumagoal, JayPro Sports, and PEVO, sold in pairs. Purchase orders and tax-exempt procurement are supported.

4'x6' Soccer Goals — Applications and Procurement Notes

Training and Skill Development Use

Unlike larger goal sizes that correspond to specific age division standards, the 4'x6' goal is primarily a training tool. Club coaches and school soccer programs use these goals to set up finishing stations, crossing and combination drills, and counter-attack training scenarios where multiple small targets replace a single full-size goal. Having several pairs of 4'x6' goals available gives a coaching staff the flexibility to run multi-station technical sessions with a large group simultaneously — a session structure that produces more individual repetitions per player than a single-goal drill format allows.

Recreational and Space-Constrained Installations

Recreation departments that manage small or unconventional outdoor spaces — narrow park strips, schoolyard blacktop areas, or indoor gymnasium corners — sometimes install 4'x6' goals as permanent recreational play targets where larger frames would create safety or clearance issues. At this size the PEVO Economy Series is the most cost-effective option for programs purchasing multiple pairs for a training fleet, while the Park Series suits permanent outdoor installations that will remain in place year-round. The Alumagoal and JayPro Classic models offer lightweight aluminum frames well suited for training environments where goals are frequently repositioned between sessions.
