Shipping costs can often be confusing. Therefore, we are making the shipping process simple and straightforward. Whether you are managing a club or a private court, we ensure your professional equipment is delivered with clear, predictable rates and handling.
Shipping Rates and Policies
For standard shipments to continental US residents, we offer the following flat-rate and free shipping tiers:
- Orders less than $75: $4.95 flat rate per order.
- Orders over $75: FREE shipping.
*Standard Shipping Exclusions: These rates apply to products that qualify for ground shipping only. Large items that do not qualify for ground shipping do not quality for the free shipping program. In these cases, the cost of Shipping will be displayed on the product page.
Regional and International Shipping
For our purposes, a US resident is defined as living in the continental United States. Residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Alaska do not qualify for free or flat-rate pricing but will receive a discounted shipping price.
Additionally, fixed rates may not apply to remote locations such as islands or rural areas. In these cases, we will provide a revised rate based on your location.
Estimated Delivery and Transit Times
During checkout, we provide an estimated delivery date for FedEx or UPS services (generally packages under 75 lbs). While this is usually accurate under normal circumstances, it is not a guarantee.
Weather-related conditions or carrier service issues can affect the delivery date. Notably, these estimates do not apply to orders shipping via LTL carrier (large or heavy items). If you need an order to deliver by a certain date, please call us rather than relying solely on the automated estimate.
Returns and Refund Policy
Please inspect all items upon delivery and keep the original shipping carton until you are certain the item is correct.
- New, Unused Items: Return within 30 days for a full refund. We pay return shipping if the error is ours (defective or incorrect items). Otherwise, the customer is responsible to pay the cost of return shipping.
- Please Note: The granting of a refund is based on the product being received in re-sellable condition. If the product is returned damaged, no refund will be provided.
The Refund Timeline:
You should expect your refund within three to four weeks. This period includes:
- Transit time for us to receive the return: 5 to 10 business days.
- Processing time once received: 3 to 5 business days.
- Bank processing time: 5 to 10 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.
