Shipping costs can be confusing. Therefore we are making the shipping process simple and straightforward. Orders less than $75 will ship for an extremely low flat rate of $4.95 per order. Orders over $75 will ship for FREE! These rates are based on standard* shipments to US residents** only.
Orders ship either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (large items may be required to ship via a freight company). If you require another shipping method, please contact us and we will provide you with a rate quote.
The majority of our products ship from Texas. Currently, our pickleball products ship from Seattle. Therefore, the standard transit time is 2-4 business days.
Depending on the time of day you place the order, the order will be prepared and shipped either the same day or the next business day. When you place an order on our website, you can expect to receive the order in 4-6 business days.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
*Standard Shipping is for products that do not qualify for surcharges imposed by the shipping companies due to size and weight. Some items that do not qualify as standard shipping are benches, some tennis net post systems, soccer goals, large order of windscreens etc. Please contact us with any questions or for a shipping quote.
**For our shipping purposes, a US resident is defined as living in the continental United States. Residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island and Alaska do not qualify for our free or flat rate shipping prices. However, these residents will receive a discounted shipping price. Please inspect all items upon delivery to make sure it is the correct item and that no damage has occured during the shipping process. Please keep the original shipping carton until you are certain the item is correct.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return some opened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial or full refund depending on the product. However, the product must be returned in its original carton.
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or simply call us.
