Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs can be confusing. So we made our shipping process simple and straightforward. Orders less than $75 will ship for an extremely low flat rate of $4.95 per order. Orders over $75 will ship for FREE! These rates are based on standard* shipments to US residents** only.
Orders ship either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (large items may be required to ship via a freight company). If you require another shipping method, please contact us and we will provide you with a rate quote.
Most orders placed before 12:00 pm will be prepared and shipped the same day. If the order ships via FedEx or UPS, our shipping software will provide an estimated date of when you should receive your order. Once the order ships, we will provide you with the tracking information.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
Miscellaneous Shipping Charges
* Address Change: if an order has shipped, and a change of address is requested, there is a fee for this service. The fee is determined by the shipping company (ie. FedEx, UPS, USPS or the LTL Freight company) and will be passed onto the customer.
*Cancelled Order: if an order has shipped, and the customer requests us to cancel the order, the shipment cost will be charged to the customer. The amount charged will be the current advertised rates by the shipping company.
*Returned Shipment: if an order is returned to us due to any of numerous circumstances (incorrect address, refused shipment, LTL freight company unable to contact customer for delivery appointment), the shipment cost will be charged to the customer. The amount charged will be the current advertised rates by the shipping company.
*LTL Freight Storage Fees: most orders over 75 lbs. ships via an LTL Freight carrier. For these shipments, the customer must be available to receive and sign off on the shipment. LTL Freight companies may call the customer before delivery to ensure someone will be available to receive the shipment. It is the customers responsibility to leave us correct contact information (phone number and email) so that they can be contacted. If the LTL Freight company can't contact you, they will begin to charge a daily storage fee to hold your order. This fee is determined by the LTL Freight company and will be passed onto the customer,
Qualifications and Restrictions
*Standard Shipping is for products that qualify for ground shipping via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Large products (generally anything over 60 lbs), such as soccer goals, must ship via truck (LTL carrier). In these cases, we provide a flat rate shipping cost on the product page.
**For our shipping purposes, a US resident is defined as living in the continental United States. Residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Alaska do not qualify for our free or flat rate shipping prices because shipping companies charge a higher fee to deliver to these destinations. However, these residents will receive a discounted shipping price. Please contact us for a quote (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please inspect all items upon delivery to make sure it is the correct item and that no damage has occurred during the shipping process. Please keep the original shipping carton until you are certain the item is correct.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible to pay the cost of shipping the order back to us (unless we made an error in the shipment).
You may return some opened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial or full refund depending on the product. However, the product must be returned in its original carton.
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, call us or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
